| AUTOMOTIVE STAMPINGS & ASSEMBLIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/01/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulations 29 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, if any, we hereby inform that, meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024 to inter-alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended December 31, 2023. The Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for the above purpose has been already closed from December 24, 2023 as communicated earlier vide our letter dated December 23, 2023 and shall remain closed till January 27, 2024 in terms of Company''s ''Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading'' by the designated persons as defined under the Code pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended.
