AUTORIDERS FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 2.00 p.m. at the registered office 125/126, Maharaja Complex, Nehru Road, Shirpur, Dhule, MH-425405, IN, to consider the following transactions:<BR> <BR> 1. To consider and approve the standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2020 together with the Limited Review Report thereon.<BR> <BR> 2.
