Un-audited Standalone Financial Results together with Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2020, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015. The copy of the same is enclosed herewith.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 2. Appointment of M/s Mihen Halani &amp; Associates, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 which is approved and recommended by the Audit Committee.
