Revised Sub: Outcome of the Meeting of Board of Directors and Submission of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2020<BR> Dear Sir,<BR> This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company met on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at the Registered Office of the Company to transact the following business:<BR> <BR> 1) Approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2020. <BR> 2) Approved the notice of the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2019-20.<BR> We have enclosed herewith the signed Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results with the Limited review report by the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> <BR> The said Board Meeting commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 3:00 p.m.<BR> The stock exchange is requested to take this on record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.<BR> <BR>
