Further to our letter dated 10th November, 2020 on the above subject, we write to inform you that the Company has received letter No CSE/LD/15229/2021 dated February 18, 2021 from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited ('CSE'), today i.e. 19.02.2021, granting its approval for voluntary delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from CSE w.e.f. 19th February, 2021. Copy of the said letter is enclosed for your records.<BR> <BR> As already intimated, the Equity Shares of the Company will continue to remain listed with National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. <BR> <BR> The above is for your information and dissemination to all concerned.<BR> <BR>
