Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Friday, 27th September, 2024 at 12:00 noon throught Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio and Visual Means (OVAM). Pursuant to Reg 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Register of Members and share transfer books shall remain close from Friday, 20th September, 2024 till Friday, 27th September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM of the Company. Please take the same on your records.
