Avon Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received the resignation vide letter dated August 28, 2013 from M/s. Atul B. Shah and Co, Chartered Accountants, in the concern of his resignation from the post of statutory auditor of the Company due to his other preoccupations.<br/><br/>The aforesaid resignation will be put before the member of the Company at Annual General Meeting which will be held on September 30, 2013 for consideration and if thought fit to pass the special resolution for same and appointment of new statutory auditor for the financial year 2013-14 as ordinary business activities.
