| AVT NATURAL PRODUCTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We write to inform that pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held at No.60, Rukmani Lakshmipathy Salai, Egmore, Chennai 600 008 on Wednesday the 14th February 2024 to consider, inter alia and to take on record the following: 1. Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Third quarter ended 31st December 2023. 2. To Consider recommendation of Interim dividend if any for the financial year 2023-24.
