AVT Natural Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors approved the following at their meeting held on February 07, 2017 :<BR><BR>1. Re- appointment of Mr. M.N Satheesh Kumar, President & COO as the Manager (KMP) of the Company for a period of 3 years, w.e.f April 01, 2017.<BR><BR>2. Declaration the Interim Dividend of 20% (Re. 0.20/- per equity share with face value of Re. 1/- each) for the Financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>3. Purchase of land at Karnataka for future expansion of the Company.
