Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 3:55 P.M. today i.e. November 10, 2025, the Board of Directors have Inter alia approved Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2025, of the financial year 2025-26 (copy attached herewith).
