| This is to inform you that the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra vide its order dated September 20th, 2021, has granted an extension of three (3) months for holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021 i.e. up to December 31, 2021. The copy of the said order is enclosed herewith for your reference.<BR> <BR> In view of the above mentioned approval, the Company shall convene its AGM for the Financial Year 2020-21 within such extended timeline and the date of AGM shall be intimated in due course of time, upon approval by the Board.<BR> <BR> This is for your kind information and record.<BR> | |
