Mr. D.G Rajan (DIN: 00303060) and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sarda (DIN: 00021405), expired on March 31, 2024 and accordingly they ceased to be Independent Director(s) on the Board of the Company, upon completion of two consecutive terms of 5 years each on March 31, 2024.
