| Further to our intimation dated 20th January, 2021 and pursuant to the above mentioned provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that in furtherance to letter Nos. CA-31024/4/2019-PNG (36036) dated 28th January, 2021 and CA-31024/4/2019-PNG (32795) dated 19th November, 2020 of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG), Government of India and in line with recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board at its Meeting held on dated 8th February, 2021 has inter-alia approved the entrustment of the additional charge of the post of Director (Manufacturing Businesses), Balmer Lawrie & Company Limited (BLC) to Shri Adika Ratna Sekhar DIN: 08053637, Director (Human Resource & Corporate Affairs), BLC w.e.f. 16.12.2019 to 15.03.2021 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders from the administrative ministry, whichever is the earliest. | |
