| Further to our intimation dated 13th January, 2023 and in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A and Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, this is to hereby inform that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 10th February, 2023 has, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. The Unaudited Financial Results shall be published in the newspapers as per Regulation 47(1) of the Listing Regulations and would also be uploaded on the website of the Company at www.balmerlawrie.com as per Regulation 46(2) of the Listing Regulations | |
