Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2022, inter-alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2022 (subject to prior review by the Audit Committee of the Company). <BR><BR>2. Consider the recommendation of dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2022, if any, which subsequently upon declaration by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting would be paid to the Shareholders of the Company within 30 days from the date of such declaration.<BR><BR>3. Consider and approve the Voluntary Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited. The shares of the Company will continue to remain listed on BSE Limited which has nationwide trading terminals.<BR><BR>Further to the Company''s intimation dated March 29, 2022, it may be noted that as per the Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative of Designated Persons", framed pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended), the "Trading Window" of the Company which had already been closed for "Designated Persons and their immediate relatives" and " Insider"<BR>w.e.f. April 01, 2022 shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned Financial Results and the information becomes generally available.
