Further to our intimation dated 19th June 2020 we hereby inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company ('the Board') was held on Monday, 29th June 2020 for the aforesaid purposes and thereafter adjourned by Chairman with the consent of all the Directors of the Company. The Adjourned Meeting is now scheduled to be resumed on Tuesday 30June2020.<BR> <BR> Further, as per the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons', framed pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Reg, 2015, and with reference to earlier intimation of the Company dated 23rd March, 2020 bearing reference no. BLI/SE/20 the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall continue to remain closed for 'Designated Persons' and 'Insider' till 48 hours after the aforesaid Board meeting and the information becomes generally available are approved at the adjourned Board Meeting to be held on 30th June2020 and become generally available.<BR>
