AGM DATE AND TIME: The 42nd AGM of the company will be held on Thursday the 18th August, 2022 at 3.00 P.M. through online mode. 2. BOOK CLOSURE: The 'Book Closure (Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company) will be closed from Friday, the 12th August, 2022 to Thursday 18th August, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM to be held on 18.08.2022. 3.
