Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation 2015 (''Listing Regulations''), read with Para A of Part A, of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that Mr. Chirag Goyal (DIN: 09013570), has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company, with effect from March 28, 2025 due to other professional commitments. Mr. Chirag Goyal confirmed that there is no material reason for his resignation other than mentioned in the letter. The details as required under schedule- III are attached as Annexure A along with draft resignation letter.
