Bangalore Fort Farms Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 we hereby inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 13th February, 2024 at the Registered Office situated at 16A, Brabourne Road, 6th Floor, Kolkata-700001, inter alia, (i) to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine-months ended on 31st December, 2023, as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. (ii) any other matter, as considered necessary. The Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed for all Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives, Directors & Promoters from 1st January, 2024.
