Sub: Intimation of closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI Prohibition of (Insider Trading) Regulation 2015<BR> <BR> Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> <BR> We would like to inform you that as per the Company''s minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2020 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 by the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 shall be intimated in due course. <BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the above information on record.<BR> <BR>
