We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held earlier in the day recommended the appointment of Messrs. S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, (Firm Registration Number:101049W/E300004), Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years from the conclusion of 17th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to 22nd AGM of the Company, to the Shareholders for their approval.
