BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to notify "Trading Window Closure Period" to all its Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, the Company hereby notifies the period from October 13, 2015 to October 22, 2015 as the Trading Window Closure Period to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on October 20, 2015.
