Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an order from the Joint Commissioner of CGST and Central Excise, Patna, Bihar, imposing penalty on the Company. The above mentioned order is related to GST on Input Tax credit availed pertaining to the Financial Year 2017-18. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed herewith.
