Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received an order form the Office of the Commissioner of GST & CX, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra imposing penalty on the Company. The above-mentioned order is related to GST on Reverse Charge Mechanism pertaining to the Financial Year 2017-18 to Financial Year 2022-23. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed herewith.
