Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an order from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Central GST, Division-IV (Narol), Ahmedabad, Gujarat imposing penalty of the Company. The above mentioned order is related to GST on Outward Supply pertaining to the Financial Year 2019-20. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed herewith.
