Power has informed the BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended & Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) from 01st October, 2020 to 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 will be sent separately in due course.<BR>
