We are pleased to inform you that the 17th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company was duly held on 30th September, 2025, wherein all the items of business were approved by the shareholders as ordinary or special resolution as the case may be.
The chairman of the meeting, Mr. Chander Shekhar Jain, declared all the resolutions as passed with requisite majority on the basis of Scrutinizer''s Report .
