Pursuant to Sub-regulation (4) of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with clause 6 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III thereto, with regret we wish to inform you that a fire had broken out at the manufacturing facility of the Company situated at 4th KM Swarghat Road, Nalagarh - 174 101, Himachal Pradesh in the morning hours of May 08, 2022. The fire was extinguished within sufficient time by the Fire Department of Nalagarh immediately upon the receipt of the information from the plant.
