Dear Sir(s), This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders("code"), the Trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall be remain closed from Saturday, 01st July, 2023 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the un-Audited Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023.
