Dear Sir, With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26" November, 2018 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, we hereby declare and confirm that our company i.e., 'Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited' does not fall under the category 'Large Corporate' (LC) category as specified Para 2.2 of the aforesaid SEBI Circular as on 31.03.2023. Accordingly the provisions of the said circular are not applicable to the company.
