Proposal for raising funds, in one or more tranches, by way of issue of equity shares to the eligible equity shareholders on a rights basis ('Rights issue') subject to all such regulatory and statutory approvals including approval of the shareholders of the Company to increase the authorized share capital of the Company. 2.
