Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 1st April, 2024 in terms of Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under along with the Explanatory Statement for seeking approval of the members of the Company, by means of electronic voting (remote e-voting) in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in this regard. Further, please note that the Postal Ballot Notice dated 1st April, 2024 along with Explanatory Statement is being sent to all the members whose email address is registered with the Depositories, Company and/or C B Management Services (P) Ltd (Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company) as on 29th March, 2024 (cut-off date).
