The 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) on Friday, 9th August, 2024. The Board at its Meeting has recommended a Dividend of Re. 1/- (i.e., 10%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, for the approval of the Members at the AGM; to the Members whose name appears in the Register of Members as on the cut - off date of 2nd August, 2024 (end of day).Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Share Transfer Books and Register of the Members will remain closed from Saturday, 3rd August, 2024 to Friday, 9th August, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 41st AGM and payment of Dividend. Dividend on Equity Shares, if declared, at the 41st AGM will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
