Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Regulations") as amended, we enclose herewith copy of notice published in today''s newspapers i.e Financial Express(English) and Aajkaal (Bengali) as required under IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended from time to time ("IEPF Rules"), inviting attention of concerned shareholders to submit their claims in respect of unclaimed dividends of the Company for last seven consecutive years failing which their shares would be transferred to IEPF Authority in accordance with Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
