With reference to mail dated February 06th 2024 for discrepancy under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) regulation 2015 and pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and exchange board of India (Listing Obligation and disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulation) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 3rd July 2023 from 6.00 Pm to 6.45 Pm inter-alia have Approved the appointment of GMJ & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm registration number : 103429W) as statuary auditors for the financial year from 1st April, 2023 til 31st March, 2028 and to be proposed in th 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday 18th August, 2023 for the approval of shareholders.
