| We would like to inform you that as per the guidelines issued by the Central and State Government(s), the Company has resumed its operations. The Company will continue its efforts towards achieving normalized level of operations, depending upon prevailing situation and the Government directives, if any.<BR> <BR> The Company is closely monitoring the situation, and as the duration and scope of COVID-19 continues to evolve, it is not possible to estimate the extent of its impact on our business at this time.<BR> <BR> In terms of the above referred SEBI Circular dated 20th May, 2020, the Company is assessing the future impact of COVID-19 pandemic on its business operations, profitability, liquidity position & demand for its product etc. and will intimate the same as and when the information is reasonably assessable.<BR> | |
