Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today had, inter alia:
1. Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025, after the Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors;
2. Declared 3rd Interim Dividend of Re.1/- (100 %) per Equity Share (of the face value of Re.1/- each) for financial year 2025-26, subject to deduction of tax at source;
3. Fixed Thursday, 19th February, 2026 as the record date for determining entitlements of shareholders to receive the 3rd Interim Dividend for financial year 2025-26. The 3rd Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 15th March, 2026.
