We hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 to consider, inter-alia, the following: 1. Approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022. 2. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022. Further, in continuation to our letter dated March 31st, 2022 regarding closure of trading window for dealing/ trading in shares of the Company, we hereby inform you that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed till May 21st, 2022 (inclusive), for all the Designated Persons of the Company (including their Immediate Relatives).
