| Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you the Board has noted, considered, approved and recommended the following: 1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022. 2. Auditors' Report on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022. 3. Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per equity share (i.e. @ 6%) having face value of Rs. 10/- for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, shall be paid/ dispatched within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the AGM. | |
