Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform that Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), Ministry of Finance, Govt of India has intimated regarding the appointment of M/s. L & L Partners as Legal Advisers and Yes Securities (India) Ltd, Elara Capital (India) Pvt Ltd & IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited as Merchant Bankers & Selling Brokers for the disinvestment of 15% paid-up equity capital out of Govt. of India shareholding of 87.75% in the Company through the "Offer for Sale (OFS) by Promoter through the "stock exchange" mechanism.
