Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and pursuant to the relevant provisions of Regulation 17(1C) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 has decided to recommend to the shareholders of the Company for appointment of Mr. Bajrang Kumar Choudhary (DIN: 004441872) as the Managing Director of the Company, subject to the prior approval of the shareholders and in compliance with other applicable rules and regulations.
