| BHARAT SEATS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on Friday, 22nd October, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ six months ended 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> As intimated in our letter dated 30th September, 2021 for the purpose as above and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for the dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed upto the close of business hours of October 24, 2021 and will reopen on October 25, 2021.<BR> <BR> Please take the same on record. | |
