Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51(2) of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Sanjeev Kumar (DIN: 07566882) and Mr. Surajit Mandol (DIN: 10098016), have resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. April 12, 2024, due to termination of Shareholders Agreement upon the consummation of the Initial Public Offer ("IPO") of the Company and accordingly cease to be Directors on the Board of the Company w.e.f. April 12, 2024.
