To Consider and Approve the resignation of Mrs. Hiral Jainesh Shah, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company 2. To Consider and Approve the appointment of Mr. Sunny Harishkumar Vyaswala as the Compliance Officer of the Company Further in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and designated employees of the company and would be open after 48 hours of the announcement. | |
