Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading of the Company under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons (including Promoters & Directors, their immediate relatives and Connected persons) of the Company as defined under Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insider shall remain closed from 01.10.2022 till 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2022. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at which the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2022 are to be approved will be communicated separately in due course.
