In terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and Company''s Insider Trading - Code of Conduct, the 'Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from 01 October 2022. The 'Trading Window" will open 48 hours after the announcement declaration of the Un - Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Period ended 30 September 2022 is made by the Company to Stock Exchange i.e. BSE.
