| This is with reference to your e-mail dated 24/03/2021 seeking clarification and action on circulation of unsolicited messages of the Company's securities in various research and social media portal appearing in screenshot of Equity Tips, Cash factory, Booming Stocks and QP- Growth etc. being circulated by unregistered/unauthorized entities.<BR> <BR> We would like to clarify that we do not have any knowledge about the same and we are not aware of the news circulating in the market about the stock. These information and messages provided from your good office has no bona fide reference.<BR> <BR> In fact we came to know about the same from your e-mail communication. In this connection we request your good office to advice/guide us, the action to be initiated/taken for protecting the interest of the investors and shareholders.<BR> <BR> Further, we will do whatever we can as guided by you to stop the above in order to protect the interest of the investor community at large.<BR> | |
