The Company had appointed 2 Independent Directors (from 23rd July 2024) and re-appointed the Whole-time Director (from 1st November 2024) and also revised his remuneration package upon his re-appointment. in this connection, the necessary approvals are being taken from the members of the Company thro'' the postal ballot route and a copy of the postal ballot notice which was dispatched to the members thro'' e-mail on 23rd August 2024 from NSDL, Mumbai is being submitted for your records and reference.
