To consider and approve Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended 31st March, 2023 and Financial Results for the Half year and year ended 31st March, 2023 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities; 2. To take note of resignation of Ms. Parmita Hasit Mehta as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company; 3. To take note of resignation of Ms. Nishidha Ajay Agarwal as CFO of the Company; 4.
