| BIRLA PRECISION TECHNOLOGIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 10th November, 2022 at First Floor, Dalamal House, Nariman Point Mumbai - 400021, - To approve & take on record, inter alia the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. - To consider and allot Equity Shares on Preferential basis to promoters and other than promoter group. As informed earlier and in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window is going to remain closed from 1st October, 2022 to 14th November, 2022 (both days inclusive).
